Welcome to Mauve Over Matter.

 

I'm Anastasia, the face behined Mauve Over Matter, a 20 year old from Harrogate, England, now living in Alberta, Canada.

 

Since a young age I have always had an immense interest in anything creative; fashion, beauty, personal style, photography. It wasn't until I moved to Canada that my change of experiences allowed me to be more exposed about trying new things. This was when I became largely interested in the fitness industry. 

 

Now that fitness is part of my everyday life I wanted to create Mauve Over Matter to be able to share my love for living a fit and healthy lifestyle, as well as my creative side.

 

I have always been inspired reading other people's blogs, but I never felt confident enough to create my own, it's amazing how much being fit and healthy can affect so many ascpects of your life. So in the summer of 2015 I fianlly felt ready to create my blog.

 

Confidence is such an incredible feeling to have, and I hope through Mauve Over Matter I can inspire others to find their own confidence.
